PURPOSEFUL & PRINCIPLED LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME (PPL) Course

PPL is UM LEAD's flagship leadership programme that combines experienced Malaysian and International practitioners with our award winning faculty members delivered in an immersive learning environment, where real world insights and evidence-based research come together. Our in-person programme offers a small group of participants to openly interact with our experts with a high focus on Malaysian and regional issues. What differentiates us is the values based approach taken to nurture a POISED (Passionate, Oneness, Integrity, Sincere, Empathetic and Dignified) leader that does the right thing and inspires others to do the same.
