Datuk Dr. Anis Yusal Yusoff, is currently the Director of UM LEAD and Executive Director of International Institute of Public Policy and Management (INPUMA). He was formerly President & CEO of the Malaysia Institute of Integrity, Director General of National Department for Good Governance & Integrity (JITN), Deputy DG of GIACC, PM's Department, Assistant Resident Representative for United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and Programme Specialist for United Nations Volunteers (UNV), Bonn, Germany.
He is also an Adjunct Professor at the School of Liberal Arts & Sciences at Taylor's University, Adjunct Practice Professor at Sunway University Centre for Planetary Health and as a Member of the Advisory Board of Tan Sri Omar Centre for Policy Studies at UCSI University.
Sheila Ramalingam is a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Universiti Malaya. She graduated with Bachelor of Laws (LLB (Hons), Master of Laws (LLM), and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from the Faculty of Law, Universiti Malaya. She was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court in Malaya in 2004 and practiced civil and commercial litigation for ten years, then worked with two multinational companies as in-house legal counsel, before joining academia in 2021. Her areas of interest include Constitutional Law, Malaysian Legal System, Environmental Law and Tort.
