14 July 2025 - The fourth cohort of the PPL Programme kicked off with impactful sessions focused on values-driven governance, purpose-led leadership, and integrity as the cornerstone of effective leadership.

Esteemed speakers including Datuk Dr. Anis Yusal Yusoff, Executive Director of UM LEAD, and Dr. Hj. Muhamad Kamal Harun, former CEO of the Razak School of Government, set the tone for a week of meaningful learning and reflection.

A powerful forum on “Governance & Integrity: The Cornerstone of Leadership” brought together respected panelists:

🔹 Dato’ Sutinah Sutan, former Deputy Chief Commissioner (Prevention), MACC

🔹 Ms. Gillian Ng, Executive Director, Iclif Executive Education Center, Asia School of Business

🔹 Dato’ Seri Dr. Akhbar Satar, President, Malaysia Integrity and Governance Society (MIGS)

Moderated by Fareen Ali, the session explored ethical leadership and institutional accountability.

The afternoon featured an engaging Case Study Discussion facilitated by Mr. Alan Kirupakaran, offering participants practical insights on navigating real-world governance challenges.

The day concluded with a Dialogue with Leaders session featuring Datuk Shireen Ann Zaharah Muhiudeen, former Non-Executive Chairman of Bursa Malaysia, who shared her personal leadership journey and reflections on principled decision-making in the corporate world.

This marks the beginning of a transformative week dedicated to shaping leaders who lead with vision, responsibility, and purpose.
